Hi, I’m James Frager—a lyricist, singer, poet, author, holistic nutritionist and inspirational life coach with a certification in Positive Psychology, but more than anything, I’m a soul in service to truth, healing, and purpose.

 

For years, I've led healthcare teams and supported communities through systems of care. But deep within me, there was always a quieter voice—calling me to something deeper. Something more creative, more personal.

Something that made room for the full expression of who I really am.

That calling brought me here—to create Lyrinx Legacy Media.

 

This platform was born from my own healing journey. Through music, reflective writing, and spiritual insight, I found the courage to use my voice. Now, I help others find the power in theirs—through story, sound, and soul-aligned expression.

 

I believe that every setback can become a song. Every scar can become a sacred verse. And every heart, no matter how broken, holds a rhythm worth hearing.

These books, podcasts, and creative works are not just content—they’re conversations with the soul. They’re the living legacy of a life shaped by struggle, softened by grace, and inspired by purpose.

When I’m not creating, I’m usually somewhere quiet, between silence and song—listening, learning, and loving with intention.
